• Whole Property Access: You have exclusive access to the house, yard, and pool during your stay.

• Length of Stay: Minimum two nights, with discounted rates available for extended stays. Contact us for tailored arrangements.

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

• No parties or events are permitted.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

• Food and drinks are restricted to non-carpeted areas.

• Servicing: The property is not serviced during your stay unless by prior arrangement at an additional cost.

• Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit may apply, at the owner’s discretion.

• Use the remote-controlled double garage for secure parking.

• Additional undercover parking is available upon request.
