This house has a minimum 2 night stay. The house is available any 2 to 10 or more nights. Long periods are available at discounted rates by arrangement. If you have any short term accommodation Tamworth requirements, please contact us to discuss.
The house is in a quiet, rural residential sub division and is on a 5000sq m block and large yard with playground.
There is a remote controlled double garage, and extra under cover parking is available on request.
Pantry and some freezer goods are for your convenience upon arrival. You will need to supermarket shop for your daily supplies. Coffee pods ARE supplied for the coffee machine.
The kitchen has a large assortment of appliances, including a sandwich maker, slow cooker, soda stream, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, mixer, blender stick, plus crockery, cutlery, saucepans and baking trays.
Coffee pods compatible for the Nespresso machine are available at Woolworths on Hill St.
There is evaporative cooling, split systems extra, and a gas fire.
There is free WiFi, and a basic Foxtel package.

The house will not be serviced during your stay, except by arrangement and extra cost.
A refundable damage deposit may be charged at the owner's discretion.
There is to be no noise that disturbs the neighbours, and no smoking.
Guests are asked to leave the kitchen clean, especially the oven and the cooktop. Guest are also required to clean out the fridge on vacating and importantly, to clean the barbecue after use and turn off the gas at the bottle.
